One person can represent more than one bidder at one time. Mail in bids must have a representative present in case of tie bid.
A blank check in the same name as the tax sale certificates issued made out to the Howard County Treasurer will be collected at the beginning of the tax sale.
No minors are allowed to bid.
Nonrefundable registration fee $30.00. Must be paid on or by the Friday before tax sale.
