    IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ
    PLEASE NOTE: No person or entity will be permitted to bid on any of the properties unless they register with the Tax Claim Bureau by Monday November 29, 2021 supplying all necessary information required AND depositing with the Tax Claim Bureau the day of the sale the amount of $1,000.00 either in cash or certified or cashiers bank check. Said funds to be applied to the Bureau’s costs and bid associated with any property for which the bidder offered the highest bid at the auction, or if none, then said funds will be returned to the bidder.

    TERMS OF SALE: The high bid price which includes deed acknowledgment fee, recording fee and realty transfer taxes (based upon the Computed Value as defined by the Commonwealth in its Realty Transfer Tax Regulations), shall be paid to the Mercer County Tax Claim Bureau, 3 Courthouse, Mercer, Pennsylvania, 16137, in cash, money order or certified check, prior to 4:30 p.m., prevailing time, December 10, 2021.

    PLEASE NOTE: No person or entity will be permitted to bid on any of the properties unless they register with the Tax Claim Bureau by providing a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee, by cash or check, and provide a completed application on the County provided forms no later than 10 days prior to this sale pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Act of June 30, 2021, P.L. No. 33 - No Exceptions.


    The day of the sale, you must also deposit with the Tax Claim Bureau, the amount of $1,000.00 either in cash or certified check.
