Bid Process : Only sealed bids will be accepted. There will be no Verbal Bidding at this auction Sealed, written bids will be accepted if delivered no later than 4 p.m. on April 19, 2022. 1) Written bids must be on the official bid form (see below), and marked to the attention of the Treasurer. 2) Only one bid per envelope marked with the Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) for which the bid is intended. If more than one sealed bid appears in one envelope all the bids in that envelope will be rejected. 3) Bids can be sent via USPS, FedEx, UPS or hand delivered to the office of the Eureka County Treasurer, PO Box 677, 10 S. Main St., Eureka, NV 89316. No other form of delivery will be accepted; all emails or faxes attempting to deliver a sealed bid will not be considered. 4) Payment for the total bid amount must be included with the bid. Payment can only be made by money order, cashier’s check, or credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard & Visa).
Credit card payments will be charged a 2.5% convenience fee. No other form of payment will be
accepted. Successful bids – If paid by credit card, total bid amount plus the credit card convenience fee will be processed immediately upon the bid award. Unsuccessful bids – Enclosed money order, cashier’s check or credit card authorization
will be returned to you via certified mail.
