All persons participating in the Real Estate Tax Sale must register before making bids. Registration will begin at 8:00 A.M. in the lobby of the Laclede County Courthouse located at 200 N. Adams, Lebanon, MO.
You must be a Missouri resident to participate in the sale. You must also sign an affidavit that you do not have any delinquent taxes. No one can bid for you on your behalf.
