This sale will be for cash to the highest bidder. The high bidder shall be required to make a deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the bid or $750.00, whichever is more, paid in cash or certified/bank check (no personal or business checks accepted) payable to the Commissioner at the sale, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day following entry of the judgment of confirmation by the Clerk. A bid by a third-party, i.e. other than one of the Plaintiffs in this action, shall be at a minimum equal to all costs, fees, commissions, ad valorem and personal property taxes through the current year for which tax amounts are available. The property will be sold subject to ad valorem and personal property taxes for the years subsequent to 2015; assessments, pending or confirmed, if any, not included in the Judgment; and to federal tax liens to which the right of redemption applies.
