Amounts listed on the sale list may be subjected to additional costs on the day of the sale.
Registration begins at 9:30 and sale starts at 10:00 am. Must have valid drivers license. Proxy is allowed/would need name of winning bidder or investor. We require payment in full upon conclusion of the tax sale. Payment must be in the form of cash, certified check, or money order. We also require the purchaser to sign a statement attesting to the fact that certain property was purchased for the bid price.
Immediately following the conclusion of the tax sale all purchasers must remit full payment to this office.
