Amounts listed on the attached Upset Tax Sale List are approximate. A listing with the Minimum Bid will
be available on or around September 8th. The Minimum Bid Price will include Deed Preparation Fee, Realty Transfer Tax, Recording Fee; along with the Year 2023 Taxes and Municipal Liens, as long as the amounts have been provided to the bureau.
BIDDER REGISTRATION & FEE: All applicants must appear and register in person at the Tax Claim Bureau, provide a notarized affidavit, and a valid form of identification no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 12, 2023. A non‐refundable $50.00 registration fee will be charged per registration form. This fee includes an updated sale list the day of the sale, upon check‐in with bureau staff.
