Pursuant to the provisions of Section 75.69 of the Wisconsin Statutes the
following tax foreclosed real estate located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin
will be offered for sale.
• Bidding begins at appraised value.
• No offers for less than the appraised value can be accepted.
• Full payment due at time of auction for properties sold at less than
$10,000.
• For sales over $10,000, at least 10% of sale price must be paid at
time of auction.
• Remaining balance of purchase price is due in guaranteed funds by December 29, 2023.
• A written request from the buyer with a legitimate loan confirmation
must be received by the Treasurer to extend the timeframe. If
conditions are not met, the 10% deposit will be forfeited and the
second highest bidder may be contacted to give them the opportunity
to purchase the property.
• All properties are sold ‘As-Is’ with no written or implied warranties.
• No warranties are made as to future zoning or uses of the properties,
as that is under municipal jurisdiction.
• Properties are sold free and clear of liens and mortgages.
• Properties may have easements or encroachments.
• Property transfer will be by Quit Claim Deed.
• Properties not sold at auction will remain for sale at the appraised
value.
