You may pre-register by filling out the Registration Form, Compliance Declaration and W-9 provided online at https://www.elbertcounty-co.gov/321/Tax-Lien-Sale. Please email your completed forms to sherry.hewlett@elbertcounty-co.gov. All three forms must be completed and will be available in mid-October. Registration begins at 8:00am.
