You must be a Missouri resident to participate in the sale. You must also sign an affidavit that you do not have any delinquent taxes. No one can bid for you on your behalf. You will need to arrive a half hour early to pre-register.
Anyone who is interested in bidding may preregister at the Collector’s office starting Monday, August 12th, 2024.
