The Commissioners reserve the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities of bids received if this is to the advantage of
the County.
The Commissioners reserve the right to sell any of these advertised lots or parcels singly or as bulk, if this is to the advantage of the County.
TERMS of property sales are as follows:
• Cash, credit card, cashier’s check, certified check or money order made payable to Valley County.
• Personal and business checks will be accepted only with a letter of proof of funds from your institution.
