The highest and best bidder of each parcel must immediately pay the full amount of the bid at the conclusion of the Delinquent Tax Sale, and payment is non-refundable, unless the sale of the parcel is rescinded or not confirmed by the Court. In this instance, the bidder will be entitled to a refund of amount paid on the parcel, without interest. Payments must be in the form of cash, certified funds, cashier’s check, money order, or personal/
business check, with bank letter verifying funds.
