Bidders must come to the office a week before the sale or come at 9:00 am the morning of the sale to fill out the forms to bid at the sale. There is no website or and we do not email or fax any information. Cash only.
Prospective bidders will have to fill out an information form, for a bidder’s card which must be on file with our office before the sale begins. You may come by the Tax Collector’s Office anytime between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
You will NOT be able to sign up the day of the sale as per county ordinance.
Due to limited space, we ask that ONLY registered bidders attend the tax sale.
