Bidder Fee can be paid with check, cash, or money order. Because of the number of bidders we normally have attending our tax sale it is strongly encouraged you pre-register to be a bidder. Bidder registration begins 2 weeks prior to the tax sale in person at the Lexington County Treasurer’s Office 212 South Lake Drive Suite 102 Lexington SC 29072. We do not offer over the phone or online registration. If you are unable to pre-register you can register to be a bidder the day of the tax sale at the venue. Make sure to bring your Driver’s License as ID for registration.
