Bidder registration begins at 8:45am the day of the sale. You must settle with the Delinquent Tax office with cash or check for all properties in which you are the successful bidder. Should you be the highest bidder and you do not settle there will be a $300 charge for defaulting. Bids must be made in person. You may send a representative but no phone or mail in bids will be accepted.
