Sale will be made for CASH (or CHECK) subject to the equity of redemption. The lands against which the said Judgments have been entered or will be entered are the subject of a lien and will be sold separately. Said sales are being made for the purpose of satisfying the terms of the Judgments for 2010 County and City real property taxes; same being the amount of taxes (inclusive of subsequent years' taxes, if any, that have been turned over to the Clerk and Master from the County Trustee), interest, fees, and costs (exclusive of certain publication costs)*, as of the month of said sale, against the said respective tracts/parcels of land.
*Publication costs include an additional $100 dollars plus a pro rata amount for the charge by The Greeneville Sun.
