Bidders need to pay $10.00 for a bidder card, which is refundable if you do not get the tax lien. You must register that morning at the Tax Collectors office between 8:00 and 8:45 am.

Our doors open at 8 am, if not registered by 8:45 am the time the sale begins at 9 am you will not be able to participate. We will NOT stop the tax lien sale to register bidders. Nor will we accept any payments once the sale begins.
