The parcels of land will be sold to the highest bidder. Property will be conveyed by quit claim deed to the highest bidder upon payment in full. No title obstructions except for lawful covenants and easements. Submit bid by listing parcel number, and write the words: SEALED BID- COUNTY LAND ADDRESS OF PROPERTY on the outside of the envelope, which shall be addressed to the Green Lake County Clerk, 571 County Road A, Green Lake, WI 54941. All bids must be forwarded to arrive no later than December 18, 2024 at 2:30pm. A deposit of 20% is required to be included in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check or money order made out to the Green Lake County Treasurer. Settlement will be within 10 days of acceptance of bid. The Finance Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
