Each parcel will be sold to the highest bidder for (1) cash, (2) cashier's check made payable to the "CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU", which check shall show on its face that it is drawn on a bank with its address in the State of Hawaii, or (3) wire transfer
arranged prior to the date of sale by the interested bidder with the City and County of Honolulu. All charges for the wire transfer are to be paid by the bidder. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. All bidders must be registered by 8:30 a.m. The auction will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and doors will be closed once the auction has commenced. The entire amount bid is to be paid in full to the City and County of Honolulu at the time of sale. Persons bidding at the auction as representatives or agents of others will be required to present duly notarized documents showing such authorization to bid on behalf of such parties as they represent.
Absentee bidding is allowed, however, the bidder will be required to present notarized
documents showing such authorization to bid on behalf of the parties they represent.
