This sale will be made subject to exceptions, easements, and/or outstanding tax liens of record, or which might be discovered by a visual inspection of the various premises described or referred to herein above. This sale will be made subject to all outstanding County taxes, and all local improvement assessments, if any, against the above-described tract of property. A deposit of five percent (5%) cash of the successful bid will be required to be paid to the Sheriff or his duly authorized representative at the conclusion of the sale. The sale shall be held open for ten (10) days for the filing of upset bids as required by law. No sale is final until confirmed by the Clerk of Superior Court of Cherokee County.
