All persons wishing to bid at the sale must first register with the Cloud County Treasurer’s Office, 811 Washington Street, Suite K, Concordia, KS 66901, no later than
4:00 p.m. on February 18, 2025. Bidder registration will open January 29, 2025. The redemption amounts are calculated as of date of the filing of this action.
