Bidders must have positive identification and the required deposit amount in the form of a bank check (treasurer's, cashier's, or certified) to qualify to bid. No personal or business checks will be accepted. The check should be made payable to the Town of Abington OR Your Name (this meaning that both the Town of Abington and your name should appear on the check, connected by the word OR). Closing in thirty (30) days. Property sold as is. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees as to the accuracy of the information provided and urge all bidders to rely entirely on their own inspection and investigation of the premises.
