Pre-qualification of bidders, pursuant to R.I.G.L. 44-9-13, shall be conducted from May 25, 2025 through June 13, 2025 weekdays from 9:30 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. at the Collections Office at 137 Roosevelt Ave, Pawtucket RI 02860, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Access to Public Records Act, R.I.G.L. 38-2-1 et seq. Mail in registration will be provided upon request. All forms must be received by the City of Pawtucket by 12:00 P.M. on June 13, 2025. No bidder registration forms will be accepted the day of the lien sale. The City reserves the right to accept or reject bidder registration forms for failure to register pursuant to the instructions.
