All persons wishing to bid at the sale must first register with the Miami County Treasurer's Office, 201 S. Pearl, Suite 103, Paola KS 66071, no later than 4p.m. April 21, 2025. Bidder registration will open April 8th, 2025, and all bidders must be registered in order to bid. Payment at auction must be in the form of cash or check only, and all winning bidders must pay for their properties before leaving the sale. The redemption amounts are calculated as of the date of the filing of this auction.
