Registration will begin MONDAY, MAY 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM through FRIDAY, MAY 30, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Registatration is between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily.
Registration MUST be in person, no emails, or faxes will be accepted in accordance with Act 33.
Presently there is no Notary available in the Administration Offices.
If you are registering as an LLC, Corporation or Sole Proprietorship you must provide paperwork that you are a registered business.
Nonrefundable preregistration is now a requirement for every Judicial Sale.
Nonrefundable preregistration Bidder fee of $25.00 is due at time of registration in money order or cashier's check.
