Due to the state of Pennsylvania recently amending the Real Estate Tax Sale Law, adding in ACT 33, ALL bidders for tax sales MUST pre-register at least 10 days prior to any sale at the Tax Claim Bureau.
Applications will be available on the website www.co.forest.pa.us or be attainable from the Tax Claim office. Please check in with the office prior to the deadline to learn about the new changes.
