The bidder registration period will open at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, October 16 2025 and close promptly at 12:00 p.m. Friday, October 31 2025. The cost to register is $25 per bidder. You must include a copy of your ID with your application. A copy of the Bidder Registration Application will be available below during the application period. Please note that applications cannot be submitted online; they must be submitted via mail or in-person. If your application arrives past the cutoff time, it will not be accepted.
If bidding on behalf of a business, a W-9 or Certificate of Existence is required. Bidder numbers will not be assigned until a registration form is complete and the registration fee is paid!
