The bid must start at the amount of the opening bid set out opposite each tract, and no bid of less that this figure will be accepted by the officer conducting the sale. This property is being sold for taxes, and all sales are made subject to redemption within six (6) months after date deed is filed, unless property is a residence homestead or designated for agricultural use when the tax suit was filed, in which case the period is still two (2) years. Purchaser will receive the ordinary type of Sheriff’s deed which is without warranty, expressed or implied. It will also be necessary that the bidders satisfy themselves concerning the location of the property on the ground prior to the sale as the amount of property being offered will make it impossible to give this information as the sale progresses.
